The Monsters Revenge.
Well guys while I'm reading the novel Frankenstein, it has occurred to me that maybe the Monsters revenge is too harsh. I mean getting back at Victor is one thing, but killing innocent people? If I was the Monster and wanted revenge, I would go straight to Victor and kill him. The Monster is making Victor suffer from his losses, but if the Monster really had feelings and emotions he would leave family out of it. What would you do if you were the Monster? Would you go after Victors family to make him suffer, or go straight for Victor?

Amazing question. It's hard to put myself into such a hateful position, but if I really wanted to torment someone, I would do exactly as the monster. I wish the monster didn't turn his rejection into revenge!
ReplyDeleteI to would hate to be in this situation but I see what the monster is doing. He doesn't want to kill frankenstein because the Victor would be at peace. He wants victor to feel the forced solituted that the monster has been living with.

ReplyDeleteI guess I would "Haunt" the Frankenstein family. I would not kill anyone, I would just linger around like a creepy stalker and try to scare the family until Victor made a mate for me.

I have no idea what I would do if I was the monster. I don't think I would go to such extremes as the monster does, but I think I would haunt Victor. Great Blog!
